The cocoa from Latin America is used to smooth the brew while Africa adds citrus notes for balance. The result is a coffee that is delicious by itself, or paired with milk chocolate or cake. It is a great match with lemon drizzle cakes and vanilla sponges.
We recommend the French Press method to brew this coffee. Heating your vessel by adding water that has just been boiled will keep it warm. Once brewed leave to steep for 4 minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are fully saturated and not over extracted. The water is then pushed through the grounds with the plunger.
